Computer Resource Centre:
The Information Technology infrastructure is a significant factor in providing quality management education. Computer resources center provided IT resources to student, faculty and staff. The Department’ s computer Center has the best learning ambience in the state and has a uniquely laid out computer center , networked with dedicated servers having e-com. Software (with special assistance from UGC). The University has technological advanced learning aids and fully equipped Internet and advanced computer labs, seminar hall, etc. The university has introduced e-governance from the last academic session. computer by the in-house faculty as well as by the visiting faculty, comprising practicing managers from leading agribusiness firms.
Library
A well-equipped Library with comfortable reading facilities is available for the users. About 7500 books covering nautical, marine engineering, material sciences, pure sciences, management and other disciplines are available. Other modern publications and operating manuals of the latest types of engines are continuously added. About 25 professional journals are being subscribed to along with related periodicals, newsletters etc. An informative system is being planned so that the users can get the required information. The library extends the facility to the marine fraternity, through the computer system. It is also proposed to procure books and journals on 'loan basis' from other maritime libraries for a specific period of time.
Audio-Visual Facilities
Technical films, Videocassettes, VCR-TV, slide/overhead projectors, video projectors are available in large numbers to augment educational facilities. Video parlour with a facility for viewing technical cassettes is planned to be set up soon.
Bus Facilities
Transport facility is provided for students,faculty and staff members of the university residing out side the university campus. Luxury buses ply daily, on different routes of the city.The Bus Service Will Be Available For Attending collegel.All Students will Utilize This Service. The Charges Per Term Will Be Collected In Advance. Necessary Application Forms Will Be Available In The university Office .
